Rosanne Orcutt, of Petrolia, worked in the field of education for thirty years and currently operates Orcutt Enterprises, an organization that creates and markets ideas for children stories. Ms. Orcutt is an active member of the community. She has served as a board member for the Sarnia Lambton Centre for Children and Youth and the Big Brothers Association for the Town of Petrolia.
Born and raised in Essex County, Roger is a 1972 graduate of the Funeral Education Program at Humber College in Toronto. Both active in his profession and his community. Roger currently serves on the finance committee of his church, is vice-chairman of the Charlotte Eleanor Englehart Hospital Foundation an organization for which he was founding chairmen, and Treasurer and Paul Harris Fellow of the Rotary Club of Petrolia. He is also a Past-President of the Western Ontario Funeral Service Association, Past-President of the Ontario Funeral Service Association in 2003-2004, Past President of the Sarnia-Lambton Chapter of Canadian Liver Foundation, Past-President of the Rotary Club of Petrolia, and was an active sponsor and supporter of minor sports in Petrolia for many years. During his off-time, Roger enjoys the family cottage, a Junior Hockey game, traveling to Major League Baseball parks across North America, and watching his three grandchildren grow up.
In addition to his work on Lambton County Council and Enniskillen Township Council, Warden Burns supports two people with developmental disabilities in all aspects of their daily life, as a contractor for Lambton County Developmental Services, an independent organization funded by the Ministry of Community and Social Services.
Warden Burns was born and raised in Enniskillen Township with his parents, Pat and Alice and his four brothers and one sister. Warden Burns married Tara Matheson in October, 2007 and they welcomed a baby girl, Rachel, born on their one-year wedding anniversary in 2008.
